Our Vision
One program at a time...
Our vision is to help and empower young girls and women from all walks of life and cultures who are experiencing unemployment or under-employed, including single mothers and women of color, and women representing marginalized communities such as, women who identify as members of the LGBTQIA+ community. We are committed to supporting their journeys towards economic prosperity and continuous upward mobility. Our focus is to equip them with a plethora of skills, and the confidence to become qualified tradeswomen who will help build and maintain Rhode Island.
Our growing sisterhood is dedicated to empowering tradeswomen through collective efforts in advocacy and policy, mentorship, and leadership programs.
